returns policy

Products sold by Custom Guns Engineering are covered under Australian consumer law.   We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind. What we do cover is manufacturers faults that cause a product to have a major problem, is unsafe or significantly different from the sample or description provided. Please keep your proof of purchase to help with the return process.

New Products

New products are covered under the manufacturers warranty usually serviced in Australia by the product's importer.  Custom Guns Engineering will assist in the return of products it has sold to relevant manufacturers/importers. Custom Guns Engineering has no control over the warranty process once the item submitted to the manufacturer/importer.

Note: Freight costs involved in the warranty process may be the responsibility of the customer as part of this process unless otherwise agreed on.

Used Products

Used firearms are sold on an as-is basis, it is the purchaser's responsibility to make reasonable enquiries as to its condition, performance and its fit-for-purpose.

Returns Process

Items to be returned to Custom Guns Engineering must be accompanied with a RA. You can lodge a RA by contacting us in the Contact Us section of our website. Alternatively please contact us via email to arrange an RA to be raised for your item Custom Guns Engineering recommends that the original packaging is retained to help facilitate the returns process.
